02What we do

One partner for products, brands and systems.

Most businesses outgrow their setup in three places at once: the software the operation runs on, the brand that represents it, and the digital products customers actually use. We design and build all three — and build them to work together.

01Products

Digital products people use.

Websites, web and mobile apps, e-commerce — designed around the business behind them and built to be maintained.

02Brands

Brands people recognise.

Positioning, identity and written guidelines, then the social presence that keeps the brand consistent every month.

03Systems

Systems businesses run on.

Custom ERP, CRM and point of sale — one record across sales, stock, purchasing and accounts, built and supported by us.

03Six lines — one partner

What we build, and nothing else.

03.1 — System of recordCore

ERPSoftware built around the way your business actually works.

Inventory, sales, purchasing, CRM, finance, reporting — connected in one custom platform. Built on what we run ourselves: StockFlow is in production, not a slide.

03.2 — System of sellingCore

ECOMStorefronts built to sell, scale and stay memorable.

Custom catalogues, checkout, payments and order management — wired to your inventory, measured end to end.

03.3 — System of presenceSurface

WEBWebsites designed around your business, not a template.

UX strategy, brand expression and a CMS your team can run — fast, findable, maintained.

APPSFrom idea to app, built for real users.

iOS, Android and cross-platform — customer apps, field apps and the backend behind them.

BRANDA brand people recognize before they read the name.

Strategy, identity, typography, colour and written guidelines — consistency wherever the brand appears.

03.6 — System of attentionVoice

SOCIALA stronger brand deserves a stronger presence.

Strategy, content, creative and publishing — social as an extension of the brand, not just posting. Measured, monthly, in plain language.

06Where the record breaks

Four industries we already run in.

ARetail & distribution

Stock in the shop, sales in a book, accounts in a sheet.

Three versions of the truth means daily reconciliation by hand. We install one record — purchase to sale to statement — so the shop, the store and the books stop disagreeing.

BRestaurants

Orders shouted, kitchen guessing, cash counted twice.

Point of sale, kitchen display and day-close in one system — the order the waiter takes is the order the kitchen sees and the number the owner closes on.

Admissions, results and notices scattered across offices.

One site, one source, maintained — so students, parents and staff read the same record instead of three noticeboards.

DLogistics

Fleet on the road, paperwork in the office, clients in the dark.

Systems that keep the record moving with the truck — so the office and the road agree on where things are, and clients hear it from you first.

Do you build custom ERP systems?

Yes. We design ERP platforms around specific business workflows, requirements and operational needs — and we run our own, StockFlow, in production.

How long does a typical project take?

Websites typically run in weeks; systems and apps are scoped in stages. Either way you sign a written scope — what gets built, what it costs and how long — before we build.

Do you provide both design and development?

Yes. ProCraft handles strategy, UX/UI design and development as one project — not a relay between vendors.

Can you build an e-commerce website from scratch?

Yes. We design and develop custom e-commerce experiences based on the business model, products and required integrations — wired to your inventory.

Do you develop mobile applications?

Yes. iOS, Android and cross-platform — for business operations and customer-facing use, with the backend behind them.

What happens after launch?

Stage 06 — Grow. We improve, maintain and evolve what we ship, with support that has a name and a number. We keep what we build.

Can we start small?

Usually the better approach. One system, one problem, one measurable outcome — then decide whether to continue.
